Skincare Makers Club produces this website, all documents, formulations, files, audio/visual files, communications and graphics defined as “materials” available for your use, subject to these Terms and Conditions of this site. Site refers to https://www.learnnaturalskincare.com, https://www.startaskincarebusiness.com, https://www.skincaremakersclub.com, https://www.skincarebusinessschool.com.

At the Site, we provide online classes and courses, webinars, downloadable eBooks and consulting/coaching services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use 
The Site is only for individuals aged 14 years or older. If you are under 18 years old, review this Terms of Use Agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it.

We provide access to the Site subject to the Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing, browsing, using or downloading any materials from the Site, whether you purchase them or not, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, Agreement and our Privacy Policy at the Site. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Site.

All materials are copyrighted and owned by Skincare Makers Club, The Skincare Business School, Start a Skincare Business and Learn Natural Skincare. The materials may not be reproduced, copied or distributed in any way, in part or in whole, without prior written approval from Skincare Makers Club (Krishna Patel). Any unauthorized use of the materials (defined above) is prohibited. Skincare Makers Club (Krishna Patel) gives permission to students and clients at the Site to make the formulas and sell the resulting formulation/product. Skincare Makers Club (Krishna Patel) does not grant permission to copy, share and distribute these formulas, procedures and other information without the written consent from Skincare Makers Club (Krishna Patel).

Digital Products, Online Courses, Classes Policy 

There are no refunds or credits on any digital products with immediate access; online courses, classes, webinars and eBooks. Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing. Digital products such as eBooks/downloads and online classes and courses may give you immediate access with the download link and access to the course or class. There is no possible way to return a digital product, possession is taken immediately after purchase. All publications and materials including documents, downloads, audio/visual files by the Site are copyrighted materials and cannot be shared unless given permission in writing by Krishna Patel, Skincare Makers Club.

By purchasing a course or class, you will become a Registered User and need to create an account with a Username, Password and additional information for authentication. Each Username and Password can only be used by one Registered User and are not to be shared without the written permission from Skincare Makers Club (Krishna Patel). We have a system that tracks if the course or class is being shared. If we deem you have shared your password with access to the course and the digital downloads, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the course and close your account with no refund or credit to you. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your username and password. If your username and password have been compromised you must immediately notify us. We have the right to change a username or password without your permission. You agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and product making results. We offer no guarantees on your product making results. The results experienced by each person may vary significantly depending on the type of equipment used and the ingredients. You are responsible to research your country and region for cosmetic making guidelines and regulations and do the necessary cosmetic marketing testing.

The Site may contain links to external sites. Accessing the external sites is at your own risk. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content at the linked external sites.

Lifetime Course Access 

Lifetime course access: You will have complete access to the class or course for as long as the class or course exists at Skincare Makers Club Site. This includes if the course or class is discontinued due to a change in the courses and classes offered, website transfer and/or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep the class or course available for as long as we can and most lifetime course access classes or courses are available for several years. The Facebook Group is a complimentary free addition. There is no lifetime access to the Facebook Group and may be discontinued at any time.

Group and One to One Courses

Mentored and guided course requires pre-registration before the course start date. Access to the course will be available on the first day of the course start date unless otherwise stated for early access. There are no refunds or credits on the course on immediate access or after the first start date of the course and you have access to the course. If you want to cancel the course before access has been granted to you, for the course, it must be done in writing at least and within 24 hours before the start date of the course. There will be a $150 to cover the bank fees charged to us and the administration fee to process the cancellation. We will credit the same type of payment you used minus the $150 fee.

Cancellation of Payment Plan for Group and One to One Courses 

You will receive access to the professional course once all payments have been paid for the professional course you signed up for and on the date of the start of the course, not before. We do not release modules or give access to the professional course until all payments are made. If you decide to cancel the payment plan, a $150 fee will be charged for bank fees and administration to process the cancellation. We will credit the same payment system you used minus the $150 fee. No credit or refund will be given once you have received access to the course and the digital downloads.

Cancellation of Online Courses and Classes 

There are no refunds or credits given to any classes. Immediate access to the classes and downloads are immediate, therefore you are in possession of the class and it can not be cancelled, returned or credited.

Cancellation of Consultation Calls 

The appointment time you selected is scheduled and blocked off of Krishna Patels’ calendar. Krishna reserves this time out of her schedule for you. Therefore, there are no refunds on cancellations. With written notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of a consultation, we will issue you a voucher for future use for a consultation to be used within 6 months. If this reschedule consultation is cancelled, there will be no refunds or credits to reschedule a consultation. If you are a no show or cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there are no refunds and no credit for a rescheduled consultation. The Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service and access to the site to any person for any reason. We do not tolerate abusiveness, misuse of this site and sharing of our copyrighted materials and courses. We, Skincare Makers Club, Krishna Patel, The Skincare Business School, Start a Skincare Business and Learn Natural Skincare reserve the right to not accept any individual as a Registered User and may accept or reject any registration in its sole discretion. In addition Skincare Makers Club (Krishna Patel) may immediately deactivate any account and revoke access at any time to any services and products at the site, without credit or refund if you violate these Terms of Use or other agreements at the Site.
